Issue with HSM and battery reporting

HSM has been alerting me of low battery levels when the reported level is well above the threshold.

Any ideas how to correct this?

Same for me. I suspect the notification is wrong — IOW there is a device with below-threshold battery but the message is about the wrong device. Feels like a small bug but who knows.

Just received a message the front door lock battery is 60%.

Thinking it was reporting the wrong battery was low. Here is a dashboard showing all battery levels are well above the reporting threshold.
