I’m reaching out here as I’m struggling to get satisfactory support or information from your support team.
Finally updated my 2019 version 1 to the latest C-8. I was excited to receive this on the 5th of June, unfortunately this worked only for a matter of minutes. The unit now appears dead.
I reached out to support the same day and got a great response. A new unit will be sent from a regional partner. After hearing nothing further, I followed up on the 22nd of June. Response - support will investigate. Again after hearing nothing, I followed up on the 3rd of July. It’s only been 2 day since that email, but no update. As of today, it’s now four weeks since I first reported an issue and I’m no wiser as to the issue or when/if it will be resolved.
Is there someone from the Hubitat team that I can talk to?
I’ve loved your products for many years and the community here. Just this experience is a little disappointing.
