[Issue] possible bug with Http Request/Send Http Request

Background:
This rule had been running for years, it stopped working sometime in the last few months.

Logging: No error logs are produced.

Diagnosis:
If I copy the request directly from the rule: http://192.168.1.122:52199/MCWS/v1/Playback/PlayPlaylist?Playlist=529526406&PlaylistType=ID&Zone=10036&ZoneType=ID&NoUI=1&Token=SS92c31A
And if I "paste and go to" it into Chrome the request functions perfectly emphasizing that there is not a permissions error on the MCWS side.

Hmmm. Wonder if that is the same as my problem. I ended up rolling my version back to V2.5.0.159 and this same rule works fine now

I see V2.5.1.152 is now out of beta but without a fix to this issue. Sure be nice to get some feedback on this and my issue @bobbyD
