Issue in Safari when setting a conditional action between two times

In Safari - When making a conditional action for between two times, if I set the times to be PM, they revert to AM when I press done. I thought it was just me at first but I can reproduce it every time.

I can set the times to PM using Chrome and there is no problem. But I wanted to report what I was seeing when using Safari
