Issue during C5 to C7 update

Hi,

Made a backup of my C5 hub (zigbee only) and plugged in a new c7 hub.

When the screen asked if I wanted to import backup, I selected the C5 backup and started the upload.

After 20 seconds there was an error message the the upload failed and since then the C7 hub is stuck in the boot mode.

What should I do?

What color is the LED?

Blue

That means the platform isn't loading. Goto yourhubip:8081 and do a soft reset. Then do the restore again. BTW unless you're using cloud backup zigbee radio itself won't transfer. You'll have to re pair all your zigbee devices.
