Issue: 2.2.8.136 private boolean looks a bit wonky in Rule Machine 5.0

I think this is actually working OK, but the display in the action list for setting a private boolean is a bit wonky. Note the "Set Private Booleantrue True" and "Set Private Booleantrue False." A little confusing.
