Is-zw-tstat-100

Hi can anyone tell me if there is a driver for this thermostat? I tried to add it but Hubitat does not see it.
This thermostat is made by GE

Even if Hubitat doesn't find a driver for it, it should pair as a "device." I see it's Z-Wave, so it should almost certainly at least be able to pair to Hubitat. You didn't say what you've tried, if anything, yet, so I'll toss out some ideas. Have you made sure that the thermostat is in "pairing mode"? If you previously used it on another system, you'll need to "exclude" it from the other system first (or at least that's the easiest way to do this; you can technically do it with any controller and the device in exclusion mode). Directions for both of these steps, possibly similar steps, should be in the product's manual, which you'll need to consult since it's pretty much different for every device but likely involves pressing or holding a button.

After making sure it's excluded, you might also try a "reset"-type option (also likely involves similar button-pressing) if the device offers one. Usually this is alone is enough to make it forget its previous pairing, but there are at least a few devices where that's shockingly not really the case, so it won't hurt to make sure it's excluded first.

It should pair if both (or sometimes just one) of these steps have been completed. Hubitat may not find the correct driver, but there is a "Generic Z-Wave Thermostat" driver you can try to see if it works (and if it does, providing the information hidden under the "More" button when pairing will help the Hubitat staff change the driver so it's automatically selected in the future should they chose to do so).

If you previously used it on another system, you'll need to "exclude" it from Adthe other system first (or at least that's the easiest way to do this; you can technically do it with any controller and the device in exclusion mode).

And this is probably what my problem is. It was originally z-wave paired to a Vera system, but that system
failed. There will be no way to exclude it on that system. The manual is only one page and it offers no valid information to reset the z-wave pair other than to press the mate button. Any other ideas much appreciated.

OK, no problem! On Hubitat, go to Settings > Z-Wave, then click "Z-Wave Exclude." Then, put the thermostat into exclusion mode (you'll have to consult its manual to find out how to do that, again probably a button press or hold or similar). It may help to keep "Logs" (on the left) open in a separate tab and see if anything useful shows there, but I'm not sure if it will when the device wasn't originally paired to Hubitat. While you're in the manual, look up how to do a "reset" and do one just in case (that alone might actually be enough.)

Then, try including it again (hope you didn't put the manual away yet, unless you also remmeber how to do this  ). I'd keep the logs open to see if you see anything useful here, though it should be apparent in the "regular" Hubitat UI if it got added successfully.
