I keep on getting the following in my log (no matter what kind of device driver I use):

(It originally pairs as an Iris Plug???)

nothing to worry about, disable debug logging in the driver and it will go away

Which switch do I turn off, aren't they all off?

this isn't a hubitat driver so you're going to have to reach out to the driver author regarding this.

I assume that the correct driver is: Generic Zigbee Outlet?

I picked up thre of these recently and I am using the Generic Zigbee Switch driver without any issues
