Hi! Im setting up the hubitat safety monitor. I want Sonos to play an alarm when a contact is open under armed state. How can I choose this "alarm" sound under "track name to play"
Well, here is one solution that I use for audible mailbox notifications. I store the mp3 file on the Hubitat hubs File Manager feature in Settings. Then tell the Sonos to play the mp3 file directly from my Hubitat hub.

Thank you for the guidance. I uploaded an mp3 and added the path to the 'track name' field. When I trigger the alarm it doesn't play the song until I press the play button on my Sonos. Is there a Sonos setting I need to enable?
Not that I know of.
Did you choose "On this music device" as shown in the image I posted?
This has continued to work well for us for many months, from the Notifications application.
Also, try copying and pasting your URL into the Sonos device's "Play Track" command, and then click the Play Track button as shown below. Does it play correctly on your Sonos speaker if you do this?
I added light alerts as well. The Philips Hue lights turn on but don't flash.
At least this proved that the alarm is triggering something.
Can it be because the Alexa running on my Sonos is set to French?
Removed and re-added the Sonos and it's working now.
