Is there a way to re-arrange dashboard tiles?

How about these ?
Can a deleted tile ID be recovered?
Where do the deleted tile IDs go, they don't seem to be re-used?

yes, in the dashboard click the 3 dots in the corner of the tile. Size and position controls will appear.
