Is Lock Code Manager broken?

I upgraded my C4 to a C7. I adopted my Kwikset 888 locks to the system. I can lock and unlock them from a dashboard. The system found them as a generic lock, FYI. I have Reliable lock app installed and that is working. I went to set my lock unlock codes through Lock Code Manager it ignores my entries. Doesn't even show them to be added to the locks. It does pickup that the locks are there. I reinstalled LCM but alas I had the same results. Am I using the wrong driver maybe?

It’s working for me, so the app itself is not “broken” in a general sense.

Do you see any entries in the hub live logs when trying to add a code?

Edit: are you able to add codes directly from the device’s settings page?

With the kwik set's, I've seen people deleting the existing codes (either by keypad or just factory resetting the lock) then re pairing and using the generic z-wave lock driver. When you get to lock code manager, do a get codes and wait. Then start making codes and wait. In another open the lock device page and look at the status' it should say pending until it doesn't anymore.

No that doesn't work either.
I didn't give them alot of time to connect maybe the security didn't finish?

Log for Lock code manager says it is getting the codes rom the locks, but nothing. I think there is more going on with the lock, it won't lock from the keypad. Going to factory reset and try again

So if you’re unable to get the hub to save codes to the lock from its device settings page, it’s probably not a lock code manager issue.

If you’re not able to save codes from the lock’s physical keypad, then that sounds more like an underlying hardware issue? Not a Hubitat issue at all…

Could try excluding the lock, factory reset it, re pair it within a couple of feet of the hubitat

I had to enable "Enable lockCode encryption" on the lock device page for it to work with my locks, one Yale and one Schlage.

I had an issue with the master code conflicting with entry #1 but I cannot remember exactly how it went down sorry.

They say patience is a virtue. Well at 69 I think i am not so virtious (sp?). After defaulting the locks, then waiting 30 minutes, they are working as they should. I don't remember having this issue with them initially but that was a year or more ago. Anyway, thanks to all you offered help, it was much appreciated.
