File manager you have the option of using [RELEASE] File Manager Backup & Restore

Right but honestly the nice thing about Hub Protect is not only do I get backups of my z-wave radio, I get them offsite. Not only that, but if something happens to my hub physically, boom new one shows up on my doorstep in a day or 2
