Is GHome dual dimmer supported? (Solved for now.)

I really like this GHome light switch dimmer, but it is WiFi only.

Does anyone know if this can be used directly from Hubitat (I assume Hubitat will have to use http endpoints) without using the cloud or Google home?

I can live with using Google Home to initialize the switch, then delete the switch from google home once the Ip address is known, (I can setup my router to use a fixed IP address.)

Thanks, Mark.

GHome devices seem to be rebranded GOsund devices, which are built on the Tuya WiFi platform. However, Tuya does not provide an official local WiFi API, so these devices are not supported natively in Hubitat.

For the small scattering of Tuya devices I have, I use HA and the HADB app.

There is an easy Tuya integration for HA, you just need to connect everything to the Tuya app Tuya devices can connect to any Tuya App, so anything that connects to Smart Life, or GOSUND, or eWeLink, etc, can just be added to the Tuya app instead.

The HA integration is easy, all you need to do is enter a code found in the settings of the Tuya Phone app. The integration then pulls in all the Tuya devices to HA, Then HADB pulls all the devices into Hubitat. Setting up a PI3 or PI4 with HA is pretty easy. PI3 is plenty capable for just adding some Tuya Devices, and you can get them cheap new or used on Ebay.

OK, chrisbvt.

Maybe I'll byte the bullet and waste some money. If I have any results, I'll come back here and post.

Thanks, Mark.
