So in trying to find some additional Dome leak sensors and seeing everyone was out of dome products, I decided to call Dome HA (Aka Elexa Consumer in Chicago) to find out what's going on with product. Can't get through to them. If you call the office no one in sales or orders or support is available. Both their support for Dome options and their 1800 number goes to a Cable tv company in California. Try to get Level Mount support it just rings, and all the other options say extension 504 is unavailable. So found their employee page and started a little facebook and linked in stalking and found that most of the employees on the page (including the engineers) aren't listing Elexa as their employer anymore (this includes the CTO) This is a shame as Dome products are great, just sucks that they're floundering without supporting their existing users. Very Wink like....
Good question, I never went down the path with their water or door sensors but did install quite a few of their Siren's. It seems to be a pattern so far with many of these vendors since the supply chain interruption hurt their ability to deliver product.

I've been wondering the same thing about NYCE. The ceiling motion sensors stock were trickling in 1 or 2 at a time for a while, now Amazon says product no longer available.
Yup. These days it is hard to tell if it is just a temporary supply chain interruption, or if the company is gone. Many companies that are still in business are doing a VERY poor job communicating status to customers, unfortunately.
@krlaframboise might know. I think he wrote some drivers for them.
My contacts no longer work there so I don't know for sure, but it's been years since they've released a new product and a lot of their existing products have been out of stock for a while so I doubt it.

Yeah, no go. It routes to a power company support line. (They're pissed they keep getting these calls) I called the main number listed for the company and nada. No one picks up on any extension.
