I use 3 of these with a C7 and have not had any problems with them . They report as they should using the "Xiaomi Aqara Mijia Sensors and Switches (w/ healthStatus)" driver that I found here https://community.hubitat.com/t/release-xiaomi-aqara-mijia-sensors-and-switches-driver/61630
I copied this pic of the pairing instructions from somewhere on this site (possibly from the same thread) that I followed, and all went well.
