Iris zwave repeater offline

I installed 5 iris switches with zwave repeaters. 3 were working fine. 2 paired fine but the repeater says offline. One of the 3 that was working went offline. How do I get them back online and get them to stay online?

I personally haven't had any trouble with them dropping offline. I know they are a bit tricky to get to pair. How are you monitoring them? I use this shackrat driver https://raw.githubusercontent.com/shackrat/Hubitat/master/Drivers/Iris-ZWave-Repeater.src which has some useful tools to check they are happy.

Does the zigbee outlet part stay working and its just the zwave repeater that goes offline for you?

Never saw this before. This is wonderful. Thanks!!

FYI - that driver also works really well with the Aeotec Range Extender 6. The periodic check-in function is particularly useful.

Zigbee is fine

I use that driver

This morning I removed it and reassess it. It worked In same room as hub. Then I unplugged it and moved it one room over and it’s offline.

Moved it back to original outlet and still offline and unreachable.

Thanks for the driver tip! I changed over 5 of my Iris plugs to it and found one not repeating!! Super useful !!!!!
