Iris v3 keypad On button does not put HSM into Away mode

Hello all. New to Hubitat. Just received an ebay Iris v3 keypad. Having an annoying issue.

Pressing the Partial Button seems to work as expected, placing the system into Night mode.

Unfortunately, pressing the ON button also puts the system into Night mode, both "digitally" and on the keypad, as I see the partial button light up.

In trying to test the issue, I simplified the system, removing Night mode and just leaving Away mode in place. Pressing ON then acts as if it is arming in away mode on they keypad, however there is no change in the state on the HSM app, and no alarm triggering behavior.

Arming the system to Away in the HSM app does seem to work, and the keypad on button lights and beeps.

Here is a log from pressing the ON button on the keypad:

I have removed the HSM app and removed the keypad and reinstalled it, with the same behavior. Any ideas?

Quick update. Not sure if this was user error, intended behavior or not, but I seem to have solved the issue by changing the "Use Partial Button to arm Night" slider to "Home". I can use the Home mode for what I was intending to use Night mode for, so I believe this will work.

Welcome, so I have both V2 and V3 keypads working, however I am using a community app called "Nyckelharpa". Try it, I guarantee you'll love it.
If you have Google or alexa speakers, Nyckelharpa can make announcements while arming/disarming and even during intrusion

Awesome, thanks! I went down the rabbit hole last night and discovered Nyckelharpa, I agree with you, it's definitely an improvement.
