Iris V3 keypad issues

Updated to 2.1.0.123 but still having issues. Removed and reset keypad with no change. Keypad will arm system but will not disarm at all. Not during exit delay, not during entry delay nor without entry delay. It gives me the melody tone when system is disarmed from dashboard. It also beeps during entry and exit delay when system is armed from dashboard.

It was working fine at one point but started beeping rapidly when disarm code was entered and after a reset won't even disarm.

This thing has been finicky from the start. What am I doing wrong? FYI....it is discovered as a device not as a V3 keypad. Driver has to be set manually.

Ok.....just blew everything away and started anew. Everything working OK now but the keypad beeps rapidly for about 5 seconds every time it is disarmed. System is already showing as disarmed but the beeps persist.

Yes, I am experiencing the same issue. The disarm registers, but then the keypad begins the countdown (as if intrusion was triggered, which I have set for a 40 second delay), not only on this keypad but on all of them simultaneously. Then after four or five beeps they stop even though the disarm command had been activated.
