SOLVED: removed and reset the device 3 times...it worked fine after third reset...dunno why.
I have 5 Iris V2 keypads all of which are working fine except for one.
I noticed that it has been stuck on "ACTIVE" state for a while now, even though no motion or movement near the keypad. The keypad does light up & detect motion when you are near it, but the ACTIVE state would never revert to inactive--always stuck on active.
I removed the device, factory reset it and paired it back to HE. Now in the "Current State" listing of the device itself, "motion: active (or inactive)" is not shown at all in the listing of the states but all others such as lock codes, temperature, battery, alarm state, armed, etc. all show except for any listing of "motion".
After the reset, the keypad functions as normal--arm, disarm, light up on motion, etc..just not state shown for motion. Dashboard tile lists it as "Side Door Keypad" as normal along with battery & temp, but icon itself shows "?UNKNOWN".
Any ideas to fix?
