So mine droped off not sure if its bad it wont repair. So got a new one it wont pair either. Has something changed with the pairing routines in iris.

ive reset this thing several times rebooted the hub. Any ideals.

Nothing has changed, but I am wondering how did you get a new one, since the product was discontinued on June 30, 2016.

There on ebay new. Just ordered 5 more all sealed.

these 2 just wont pair.

In one of my old posts, I found out you can pair these if you roll back to a really old version.

This isn't completely without risk, but if you are careful about what you do, it should work. For example, I made the mistake of adding a newly paired iris sensor to hubmesh while on the old update, and it totally messed up a bunch of stuff.

If you just add the device, and then roll forward, it seems to be fine.
