Loads as device. I switched to generic zigbee outlet driver.
On/off works fine out of device manager, but status won't change. State will toggle out of dashboard but status never updates. Plug is responding to commands but not talking back to hub.
Did factory reset before installing.
Any suggestions?

If you manually change a driver for a device, you should click CONFIGURE. This causes the driver to send configuration data to the device. This data usually includes things like how frequently the device should report status updates, and how to report that data.
