Hi, I have a Iris garage door opener (GD00Z-1) that I cannot get to work but seems to be there, I have tried repairing it with no luck and it never leaves the Z-Wave listing. I put the unit within feet of the Hubitat unit thinking that might help... Any suggestions?

I second that advice...when I paired it (not close to the hub) it paired but would not work. I ended up putting the hub on a long ethernet cable and took it to the garage, and finally it completed the secure pairing. I also had to do a factory reset (not just exclude from the Vera hub) and I had to try about 3 times before it finally took.
Thanks, I have tried resetting the unit (pressing the link button 5 times).
Do you pair the unit under "pair devices"? section after resetting it. I have never been able to discover it this way,
I believe the only way to pair is to "discover devices". Make sure to delete current entry before you start pairing. Hub should be really close to the garage door opener. You may need need to reset the opener not once.
