In case anyone "needs" more of these sensors, Alex has them back on eBay in lots of 10. They're a little more than before but still < $7.00 USD eBay Link ... already got mine, because "I need them"!

Thanks for the link. I "needs" them too. I just ordered a lot. My first lot was from Team Equip, but they only have single sensors available. Now I just need to find some batteries and I'm all set.

I've already used up most of mine ... adding secondary motion sensors to rooms to "strengthen" detection. May just have to buy more!! All work and all came with batteries.

The listing says that batteries not included. That would be awesome if my order came with batteries.
Just to keep myself on thread topic. I had the same issue as the OP. I was lucky that a factory reset fixed the issue.

Had same issue with mine....but then replaced the battery with brand new one and that worked. I wonder if it falters when battery level is low or falls below 50% for some reason
