That is effectively how it is regardless of what anyone says on paper. Noone but hubitat users have much of any use for it. It is therefore owned collectively by all people whom own one, and since it is of value it is a wealth of common ownership. It therefore effectively belongs to the commonwealth of the hubitat community by the root origin and definition of the words.
