I installed the app on my spouses phone. It was showing as a separate device, but was showing as "Cloud" access, not local, even though both devices are on the same wifi network. Initially I had logged in with the same account for both devices, but registered the device as a new mobile device. I thought maybe the cloud issue because it was a new phone, so I deleted, tried it again, and linked it to the existing mobile device.
Two issues now:
- Their device is still showing up as "Cloud" access, pretty much no matter what I've done. I even deleted their wifi login and logged in again.
- Bigger issue...I cannot "unlink" their mobile device from being the same as mine. The app no longer asks me to choose or register a new device when I reinstall their app, and I can't figure out a way to unlink it. So no matter what, the two devices are being recognized as one device on the devices list.
Any advice addressing either problem?
