I deleted Dads iphone device, uninstalled and reinstalled hubitat app on his phone and it has no status ..compared to my Mom's (Annes) which is working

can anyone help with this? or is this a Hubitat Support thing
I noticed on mine that it has to change state to initiate. Hit either arrived or departed depending on current location and see what happens.
