IoTaWatt Driver(s)

I just ordered IoTaWatt Energy Monitor.
Is IoTaWatt Driver available via HPW (did not find it via HPM)
or I have to download it manually from here:

# Hubitat IoTaWatt Driver 

**v0.1.20220103 is a BREAKING CHANGE!  Please do NOT blindly upgrade to this version as it will end up creating an entire new set of Child Devices from your IoTaWatt.  This is due to the change from custom Child Drivers to Hubitat's built-in 'Generic Component' child drivers.  I have made this change to reduce the amount of custom code required for new installations.**

This driver implements the "Refresh" capability.  It is used to communicate via http to an IoTaWatt Power Monitor system and it creates child devices for Power and Voltage.  Scheduling is handled automatically via a user preference polling interval in seconds.

This driver implements the "Presence" capability.  It is used to indicate good communications as "present" and lack of communications as "not present"

You'll need to simply copy and paste the iotawatt-parent.src driver into your hub's custom drivers section. There have not been many changes made to this driver, nor are there any outstanding requests. Thus, IMHO, HPM is really not necessary. While convenient for users, I am personally not using HPM as I prefer to know exactly what code is running on my hub. If you look at the last change I made to this driver, it was a breaking change that would have screwed up existing users' hubs had they simply blindly upgraded to it via HPM.

I know how to install drivers and apps manually.
I was wondering why IoTaWatt Driver is not on HPM.
Your explanation makes sense.
