iOS App v 1.3.2 connection - Dashboards

Hello,

Today I thought I'd try making my first EZ dashboard. It is indeed very nice and simple. :grinning:

I went to check it out on the mobile app via Tools>Connect to hub>Dashboards. When I tried to open this Dashboard I get the message:

Reconnecting
Hub connection failed, trying to reconnect...

I do see the Dashboard on this screen, but I don't think it's working correctly.

When I connect to my old dashboards this way (iOS app connect to hub...) I see the status indicator switching between a green check mark and a red exclamation point.

The old dashboards seem to work fine when I bring up the Dashboards directly from the main screen of the app. The new EZ Dashboard does not appear here, though.

I haven't been using Dashboards very much lately, so it's possible my issue predates the creation of my EZ Dashboard.

Does anyone have troubleshooting suggestions?

Easy Dashboard is currently local only -- and only from the hub interface. Once remote access is added, which is planned, it will also be available on the mobile app.

That being said, part of your problem sounds different. You're using the mobile app as a way to access the hub interface, which should work but isn't necessary. That may be causing mixed content problems (just one guess). Leaving that out of the picture may help for now.

I didn't realize that Easy Dashboards were local only. No problem there.
