Custom dashboard no longer loads upon initial launch in iOS since last update. I would need to hit Gear icon & go back for Dashboard to load. I have tried changing the settings to no avail. Any guidance is appreciated.

This works for me still with the following settings in effect (these settings can be found under the gear icon at the very top right of the dashboard tab):

I have same settings & had been working for long time., however since the last update it’s not working
By custom do you mean a "custom dashboard" selected from the dropdown and a custom URL entered manually?
Correct, custom cloud URL
Can you elaborate as to why you need that instead of selecting a defined dashboard from the dropdown?
The dropdown options were not available prior to some recent updates & the only choice was to create the custom URL, however in the new version choosing any of the dropdown options have not been working for me recently.
A screenshot of the settings and errors would be helpful.

Can you please share the app version and build? Go to more tab, then App Settings.

It works if I click on Gear icon then “Done”
I’d recommend in future posts that you include more info./context: specifically, what does work, what doesn’t, scenarios when either are true/false (local connection vs. cloud), etc.
As it stands, I’m lost especially from your last reply—it leads to more questions than provides useful answers.
Hope you find a solution ASAP—if my dashboards aren’t working, I’m pulling my hair out.

It's now working perfect after the latest update
Mines doing same thing, app 2.1.33, iOS 26.0.1.
What HUB platform version are you on? Mine was resolved after updating to 2.4.3.137.
I am still on 2.4.3.122. I'll update and see what happens.
I don't really use the app that often so it isn't any problem, just happened to notice the issue after reading this thread.
Updated hub to 2.4.3.137. Didn't fix the issue. If I select the dashboard link on the app I get a spinning circle. Which left alone never goes away. I hit the home symbol then I get a list of dashboards. Can select one and it opens. Close app. Re-open app and it opens on the dashboard window with the spinning circle.
Exact problem with me, however deleting and reinstalling the app solved it for me.
