On both my PHONE and TABLET the HE app is always showing CLOUD connection. I have been unable to get it to go LOCAL. I have uninstalled, re-installed, etc. Phone is on WIFI. I have disabled Cellular, disconnected my home Internet, and nothing works.
Any ideas as to what to do? App version 2.0.8 (343)
