Inovelli Z wave Association Tool Error

I imported the association tool from Inovelli and I keep getting this error code. Please help.

Have you installed both the parent and the child app? From the error message, it could be that the child app is not installed.

Thanks that worked. The Inovelli website is vey confusing and does go through that well. I spent 2 hours on this. Thanks
