That looks like an error resulting from a corrupt hub database. I'd download a backup (or a backup plus a few recent ones) in case you need it, then try a restart of your hub, which might fix things on its own. If not, I'd suggest a soft reset and then restoring your backup (your devices will remain paired as long as you don't do a full reset, which is not easy to get to).
That looks like corrupted db, Soft Reset is advised. You don't have to download. Hit Diagnostic Tool, select Soft Reset. Let it run. When you see the green "Get Started" page, scroll down and click "Restore Backup", load one of the backups that are saved on your hub.
