Inovelli blues not responding

To preface I have an c8 with about 15 inovelli blues and 5 inovelli blue fans. For the most part no real issues with the switches up until about a week ago. Over the past week I’ve been constantly having issues with them working. I’ve tried rebuilding the zigbee network as well as unplugging the hubitat for a hour. Checking the logs I can see that the commands are being sent to the device, just no response. The only way I’ve been able to fix the issue is to air gap the switch, after which it begins working immediately again until the following morning or so. Any idea what could be going on or how I can narrow down the issue? The only thing that has changed is I needed to restore my c8 to a back up about 3 weeks ago, but it worked fine for about 2 weeks after.

Do you have other zigbee devices, or is your whole zigbee network just these Blues? If other devices too, are they working OK?

Are the all the Blues on the latest respective firmwares & drivers?

The other devices seem to be working. For example the stair switch is a blue triggered by a hue motion. Switch will not respond at all, air gap it and it is instantly triggered again by the hue (before the light has even fully booted back up. When I wake up in the morning it’s dead again.

Didn’t think about the drivers. I just installed these devices in the last 2 months so I’d think so but I’ll double check when home.

Only zigbee devices I have are the blues, some lintech pre sense sensors and hue motion

Since other zigbee deices are (presumably) working fine, then it sounds like this is an issue unique to the Blues (as opposed to a wider issue with the zigbee network).

For what it’s worth I have reds beside some blues and they do not have any issues.

Not home to check the driver version I a have but looks like there has only been 1 update since installed, that “shouldn’t” affect them like this but I’ll update for good measure.

Inovelli has a forum, have you asked there? Sounds like a issue with the device FW
