Just following up here - were you able to get an MR in, @mark.amber ? We just had a breaker flip, and now I have to manually un-bind 12 Blue Series dimmers since they all re-bound to group 163 again :S

I've merged it, but haven't added it to package manager yet. You can use the import function if you want to easily test it though.
