This is not a bug, your Zigbee's queue is full. If you have many Blue switches I suggest disabling the power and energy reporting, or making sure the power/energy reports are not flooding your Zigbee radio.

You may need to power cycle your hub by shutting it down from Settings, then unplugging it for a minute to clear the queue.
Will it work its way Out eventually? This hub is one of my v remote hubs that I don’t have Day to Day access to
