Where can I find latest firmware for Inovelli 4 in 1 sensor? Trying to update it on my C5 hub.
I'm not sure they ever actually finalized any releases, but there is a beta mentioned in the Inovelli forums:

I'm also not sure anything changed except a fix for perhaps the very specific bug they mention there.
Note that on a C-5 hub, you'll need either the "community" tool or a third-party solution to update firmware (e.g., Z-Wave PC Controller), as the built-in Device Firmware Updater app only works on the C-7. You are probably aware already--just mentioning if not. 
Looks like 2 files for each version. Use both?
No, the OTZ file is the firmware. The MD5 is a hash you can use to check the integrity of the file if you want.

Still no luck. Using community zwave firmware updater. Copy link for update, When I hit update firmware it just says to wake up sleepy device. I've clicked the button three times but still nothing happens. Maybe it's a C5 thing or I'm still doing something wrong.
Never tried to update mine, but that sounds like the correct wakeup procedure for the device. You might have better luck with Z-Wave PC Controller (requires a secondary controller you can connect to a PC).
Personally, I'm still using whatever firmware it shipped with. 
Probably just leave it be also. I have 2 of these sensors and one is on firmware 2.03 and another is on 2.04
