Hey, I've received my hubitat C7 today, I previously was using Innr bulbs connected through their bridge, I have managed to get one of the bulbs to connect but it will not work in the dashboard, the icon has a question mark against it.
I am also struggling to get the rest of the bulbs to connect, I have tried using them with the Innr integration and as generic Zigbee too but no success. Has anyone had issues using these bulbs?
Oh never mind, I had to go into the device and change the type to advance zigbee rgbw. I feel I've accomplished something today 
Good stuff - that should work well. Since it sounds like they've been paired elsewhere previously, if you run into any other join-related issues, try factory resetting the bulb before attempting another pairing -- I don't know that procedure for Innr, but hopefully it's in the documentation you have.
