I am getting: Initializing Hub 85% checking hub version screen for an extended period of time.

Never Mind, I followed the troubleshooting instructions:
1-going to de diagnostic tool:
you need the mac address of the hub (I got it from the sticker on the bottom)
2-downloaded a backup. I chose the file from the previous time when all was working good.
3-performed a soft reboot
4-restored the hub from the downloaded file.
all is working good.
