Initialization stuck at 30%

I couldn't get Hubitat to read a new zwave device in Inclusion mode, tried several times, so tried resetting the Hubitat... Now it is stuck at 30% Initialization and won't go further.

help!

To help others help you:

  • Hub? C7, C5, etc.?
  • If you remember, current firmware version you had installed/
  • Reset = Soft Reset, Z-Wave Radio Reset?

@kari.swanstream, can you answer above questions?

C-4. soft reset did not work. We did not try the Z-Wave Radio Reset, we restored a backup and got it working again. Is there a link to the Z-wave Radio Reset (if available for C-4 version)? Thx!

Glad to hear you got the hub working again. If you go to Settings, then "Z-Wave Details", you could reset the Z-Wave radio from there:
