Incorrectly states can’t download backup on iOS

The option to download a backup when updating is not available on iOS. It incorrectly states that it is not supported.

That is not correct. You can download files in Safari for iOS and iPadOS. I do it all the time from my homebridge controller.

Why does Hubitat think this isn’t possible? Can this be added to the feature request list?

I’m able to download a backup without issue using chrome on my iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 16.2.

It works when accessing my hub’s admin pages from within the Hubitat mobile app as well (which is really just a wrapper for safari, AFAIK).

Are the screenshots you posted above from Safari or another browser? What model device and version of iOS are you using?

Fully Patched iOS (16.2) utilizing Safari. I realize where the bug is. It is on the update screen. I can download from the backup and restore settings screen, but the error occurs when you try to download the backup when performing an update. There is an option on that screen for download and it errors out there. (see original post first screenshot...which seems to have been a 100% accurate description and I didn't know it then! )
