My February watering schedule ran today. But my hubs date clearly shows March 6th.
How do I fix the rule machine thinking it is February?
The rule didn't change but the hub did.
This is a new C-8 that was migrated from a C-7 two days ago.

It is between Feb 1 and Feb 29 because there was no Feb 29 this year. It's probably getting the next one. Feb 29 is always going to be a somewhat problematic date.
This would work instead:
I think that every four years I will be skipping the 29th of February instead.
While that would work, I cannot abide having code that ugly in there!!

You think that little burp is bad? try to calculate week of the year! Depending on what TZ your in, what country, and even what religion can affect it!

Maybe keep it simple and just use “between Feb 1 and March 1”.
