Inclusion finds device,but hung "Initializing"

I am slowly going excluding/including my Fibaro devices. The FGS 221 dual relay Fibaro device (used as wall outlets) have gone ok up till now.
I reset this one, as soon as I go to discover devices, it shows up as Device 17 but is hung up initializing.
I exclude and include again with same result but the Device then changes to the next higher number, still hung up.

Any ideas why? I also tried another one and it is also doing the same thing now.

How far is your hub from this device? I experienced this when my mesh was weak. Try moving the hub closer.

Also make sure you are giving it enough time before canceling. Some devices are quick to initialize and others take a few minutes.
