Inactive Motion Sensor & Rule Machine

I hope I'm not repeating this question, but I was unable to find an answer.
I've recently made my move from SmartThings to Hubitat. I'm still using Webcore for home automation. I've tried couple of times to convert some simple webcore pistons to RM, but I'm not able to find my way around it.
A simple example of that, is turning off the light when the motion sensor is inactive for x minutes, or lock the door when it's unlocked for certain amount of minutes.
Is there any such condition for "stay inactive for x minutes" like Webcore?

Take a look at the Motion and Mode Lighting Apps (Add Built-in App). It does exactly what you're asking about for motion lighting.

Thank you very much for the response, the rule works in case of motion detection. But what if the light is turned ON manually, how can reset the 5:00 min timer again?
