Impact of Delay on Action Sequence

Can someone confirm that if I have an Actions in a sequence like this that the Sonos command is supposed to execute right away. Or do I have that wrong and anything following a delayed command is also delayed.

Off: Switch -- delay 3:45
Play 5 Sonos: Play

FYI: I only got Hubitat 2 days ago (replacing Wink) and I havent stopped building since - mostly a lot of Halloween stuff!

Yeah, and if you do want to delay the subsequent actions there is a specific 'delay actions' action that you can action. Action!
