Image tiles are not working in cloud dashboard (possible firewall issue?)

If i view the dashboard locally the tile comes up.. in the cloud version it does not work any ideas.

The url may or not not work for you as i lhave limited access to it through my firewall .. but the hub network definately has access.

Maybe i need to give the cloud servers access? If so anyone know the ip ranges i need to add?

update: i tried giving access to port 5000 for the cloud.hubitat.com ips.. but still no go ie

add chain=forward action=accept protocol=tcp src-address=18.165.53.0/24 dst-address=173.14.182.124/32 dst-port=5000 comment="Allowed hubitat cloud"

@gopher.ny

Port forward 173.14.182.124:5000 in your router firewall and forward it to the correct local IP:port?

If you can't see this image outside your local network with a browser then you won't be able to see it on the dashboard either. Port forward is not recommended. Maybe a VPN would be a better option.

Already did that obviously or the url directly would not .work..that is not the issue

I would have expected the image URL to be accessed by your browser, not the Hubitat servers, but I could be wrong.

Is that shot of the cam in a browser taken while you were not on your LAN?

Correct i am in fl. The lan is in nh

Your browser cannot mix https and http content.

thanks.. unfortunately it is hosted on my qnap nas (using wyze docker bridge) bridged to a different ip and i have not figured out how to get ssl on that ip...
