Is the IFTTT service down? Can't get any of my applets to fire in IFTTT and the checking function inside IFTTT returns an error.
Working for me? I just issued a command through GH (which has ties to IFTTT) and it triggered all the right things.
Had to relink my account and rebuild all my applets. Well that is a pathetic integration, I have to say.
Was the problem on the IFTTT or Hubitat side? I haven't had issue with either. I did have to rebuild my IFTTT when I went to Hubitat, but I wasn't surprised there.
It's hard to tell. From within IFTTT it was throwing up errors if I tried to check an applet, edit or create a new one. I tried to edit the connection and it also failed. I tried rebooting the hub 2 times. No joy. In the end I blew away the connection from within IFTTT which meant I lost all the related applets. IFTTT is so poor and pathetically slow. I really don't want to use it. But until I get a Smart Life, eWelink, Arlo, and Nest integration running I have no choice.
I also see others on here have had a similar issue in the past, so there clearly is a problem case somehow.
Interesting. The IFTTT integration for me has been fantastic with no issues at all. Sorry to hear you had a rough time of it.
Cloud connections "not reliable".......this isn't a shocker......
Yeah agreed. I will need to purchase other switches and sockets I think to try to get myself more 'detached'...
