Identical bulbs, identical actions, different Events

Two identical Sengled Zigbee bulbs configured identically and using the Element Color Plus driver. I verify that they have an identical status when starting this experiment. I then run a RM 5.1 rule with the following actions:

  • Dim: Clip light, Ceiling light: 0
  • Delay 0:00:05
  • On: Clip light, Ceiling light
  • Fade Clip light, Ceiling light up to 25 over 1 minute with 10.0 seconds interval
    For some reason they don't respond the same.

Any ideas?

Clip light doesn't seem to be reporting it's switch status. I tried removing and re-adding it to the hub. I guess my next stop is Sengled support.

It's possible you have ZigBee interference. I would test them close to the hub before calling sengled.

I have 7 sengled color bulbs and know 2 of them just at the edge of my mesh and the status is not always reliable.

Thanks. The bulbs are maybe five feet from the hub. After further troubleshooting Sengled is sending me a replacement bulb.
