"+" icon missing from mobile app Device

Platform Version: 2.4.0.151
Ethernet connection

Mobile app Apple App Version 2.1.0 (383)
Wi-Fi on same subnet as Hub
iPhone 15 iOS Version 18.3.2

When I use my mobile app, I go to Devices, but there is no "+" icon to add a device. There is the word Device on the top, and 3 bars, but no + between them. Both the hub and phone are on the same subnet. So I am unable to add a device via the mobile app.

Any suggestions? I already deleted the app and re-installed.

I am guessing that when you are on the home screen it shows (cloud) instead of (local).
There is a known bug and a few posts about it.

If you don't want to wait the current beta version seems to have corrected the issue
