ICMP echo to default route

@gopher.ny Is there currently any way to disable the constant ICMP echos being sent to the default route? If not, can there be please? Thanks.

I'll add the endpoint in 2.4.0. It will look like /hub/advanced/setNetworkCheckEnabled/true or /hub/advanced/setNetworkCheckEnabled/false, with /hub/advanced/getNetworkCheckEnabled for reading the current value.
