thanks kinda ugly and my low voltage is 12v ac. in addition if I have to run a new wire I may as well just rewire the existing light.

the pole lamp did connect to switch.. worked once i disconnect and then found the break and fixed it (shrink wrap etc wire break kit) then reconnected.

I was focusing on the lights couldn't get closer and farther couldn't seem the lights. it senses the circuit and tells u any problems
